Dreams & Prayers
What do Bach and Oswaldo Golijov have in common? When you hear their music, you immediately believe in them, in their music, in their gods, in something… bigger. This evening, these two greats stand side by side in a suite by Dubugnon for string quartet, which is entirely based on Bach's music and on 'Dreams and Prayers of Isaac the Blind' by Oswaldo Golijov for clarinet quintet, performed by members of the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, including the solo clarinettist!
