Fil Bo Riva
Filippo Bonamici is an Italian singer-songwriter, producer and musician who was born in Rome and moved to Ireland in his teenage years. After some wanderings, he ended up in Berlin in 2012, where he founded Fil Bo Riva in 2015. Together with band member Felix A. Remm and producer Robert Stephenson, 'If You're Right, It's Alright' was created, which was followed by the well-received debut 'Like Eye Did'.
Modern Melancholia
After this, things move quickly and Fil Bo Riva is asked to provide the opening act for Milky Chance, Matt Corby and Joan As Police Woman and performs at Eurosonic, among others. In 2019, Beautiful Sadness is released, on which the band shows a strong sound with influences from folk, indie rock, indie pop and soul and the raw voice of Bonamici. In 2023, his album Modern Melancholia was released.
