This year, the Festival Lieve Stad (Dear City) is centred around the theme of mental health, highlighting music's significant role in our mental state and well-being. The handpan workshop offered by Handpan Studio Amsterdam invites you to immerse yourself in the natural and serene sounds of the handpan, guiding you into a meditative state. Participants will learn to play the handpan and explore a collective rhythm together, fostering a shared experience of musical harmony and mental relaxation.
