Killamonjaro
Rapper Killy has been making music since 2015 and got his breakthrough after releasing his hit Killamonjaro in 2017. More singles were released shortly after, such as No Sad No Bad, and No Romance, and in 2018 he launched his debut album, Surrender Your Soul. Killy went on tour, and even made a stop at Melkweg back in 2018! After a couple of years, albums, and a switch in record labels later, Killy is unstoppable.
He released his most recent EP, K3, earlier this year, and is basically a continuation of his first two EP's, KILLSTREAK 1, and KILLSTREAK 2. On this record, Killy showcases his typical dystopian trap sound and his more sensitive side on the track Mind, a song dedicated to his friend and colleague Shamar Okyere, better known as SEGA, who died earlier this year. A lot of new music from the Canadian rapper, and therefore it is time for Killy to return to Melkweg!
