A tour through the Netherlands along the major concert halls
This autumn, he toured with a complete keyboard arsenal to major concert halls such as Concertgebouw, Tivoli, De Doelen, Muziekgebouw Eindhoven, and Musis Sacrum. But fortunately, in Pllek, he plays a reclining concerto on just a piano in a familiar manner. Book your tickets via the ticket link if you also want to come and listen.
His piano solo work will be published again in 2024; Renaissance will be released during the year. In Pllek, he gives a foretaste of this!
Matteo's years of training as a classical pianist at the conservatory taught him to leave the music of his heroes Bach, Liszt and Messiaen behind and find his own musical language.
First of all, he decided to throw away all the classical rules. Making music without prior agreements; to have the goal of making music in the moment. The most important lesson he learned during this experimental period was that music is not written on paper but is created in the moment.
