MeisFest

MeisFest is an evening curated by Aysha de Groot (Meis), a singer-songwriter from the heart of Amsterdam. Musically, she finds inspiration in artists such as Phoebe Bridgers, Dodie and James Blake, and this is reflected in her sincere lyrics and intimate vocals. In her songs, the singer speaks about illness, trauma, recovery, strength and the search for self-love. She launched Meis' first EP 'Een' in 2021 with her own release show that was organised in the Melkweg.
