Ray Cappo, frontman and co-founder of Shelter and Youth of Today, describes the essence of Mantra : "The greatest illusion is to think that we are only our bodies. This message runs through all of Shelter's work and reflects their drive to use hardcore not only as an outlet for rebellion, but also for personal reflection and inner growth.
