After his sold-out concert at the Zonnehuis in April, Norwegian indie rock/folk artist and ex-Magdrugada singer Sivert Hoyem returns to Amsterdam with his band on Monday, June 17, for a concert in the Grote Zaal of Paradiso.

On an Island
On his new album 'On an Island', which was released in January this year, Sivert Høyem gives ample scope to melancholy. The album was recorded in the old Zoar church in Nyksund and sounds as timeless as it is raw. It marks a new chapter in Høyem's career, which in recent years has mainly revolved around his role as a singer in the band Madrugada; one of the biggest and most praised bands from their home country Norway.
