Sonic Exploration

The second edition of Connecting Frequencies continues exploring Amsterdam’s creative music scene. With a focus on diversity and collaboration, this series invites musicians and audiences to delve deeper into a spectrum of sonic exploration.

The January 16 edition will feature a special acoustic set by Dust Bunny – the explosive prog-jazz duo of Marta Warelis and Nasim López-Palacios Navarro; psychedelic fiddle music by Marielle Groven; Nora Mulder and Jasper Stadhouders’ shapeshifting, post-everything piano and guitar improvisations; and the stark free jazz poetics of UK based drummer Andrew Lisle’s trio with ICP reedsman Ab Baars and bassist Aaron Lumley.
