The German pop singer Zoë Wees is only 21 years old, but has already experienced a lot in her short life. Zoë grew up with a rare form of epilepsy that left her feeling disconnected from the world. "Accepting it took a lot of time, but it has made me who I am: a fighter," Zoë says in an interview.

That Zoë is a fighter is evident in her music, resulting in her debut single Control , which was released in 2020. Zoë also films short therapy sessions on YouTube to support and encourage listeners who also struggle with difficulties. Her debut album, aptly named Therapy, is out now.
