We are excited to announce the launch of De Japanner Zuid Pop-Up Series, a unique culinary experience that promises to elevate the dining experience with exclusive monthly events. Our series features a fusion of traditional Japanese cuisine with creative local twists, brought to life through collaborations with leading guest chefs and suppliers. Join us on August 24th for an unforgettable evening of sake. In partnership with our beloved sake supplier Yogokochi, we invite you to discover the rich history and refined flavors of Japan’s most iconic drink.

The evening will begin with a 10-15 minute training session where you will learn about the origins and brewing process of sake, accompanied by a welcome drink to set the tone. You will then enjoy a carefully composed 6-course dinner, where each dish has been expertly paired with a unique sake. Our Yogokochi experts will provide a 5-minute explanation of each sake, while our chefs will explain the inspiration behind each dish directly at your table.

To end the evening, a delicious dessert will be served. For those who prefer, we also offer non-alcoholic combinations on request.
