Paddle to Move
Paddle 2 Move is a Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) tour through the Amsterdam canals for the benefit of Stichting NeuroMove. The ‘Paddle' draws attention to people with spinal cord injuries (and other neurological disorders) and raises money for the further development of the training centre and research.

You can paddle along individually or in a team! There is a short route (2.75 km) and a long route (7.25 km). It is also possible to donate alone and/or participate as a volunteer.
There will also be music, good food and you can participate in a Wim Hof challenge! Sign up via the website!
