Have you always wanted to do yoga in a unique location? Visit the YogaToday's yoga studio in a church, the Laurentiuskerk. In the early morning, you can choice from various forms of yoga: yoga plus, pilates, qigong, or a relaxing meditation. Everyone 18 years and over can participate, whatever your needs or body type. There's no need to bring your own equipment, they've got everything ready for you. Bring clothes that are easy to move in, preferably a few layers. Make sure your feet are clean, and come wearing socks. The church is within walking distance of Weesp train station, but there's also space to park.
Practical information
The church will be open between 07:30 and 08:30. The class is suitable for everyone ages 18 and older. You can sign up through this link.
