Are you also a big fan of the Weespermop? As part of 24 Hours Weesp, bakery Cor Mühl made an extra large batch. You can get one as early as 07:30. But, make sure you come on time, because these cookies are selling like hot cakes.
The cookies are made from ground almonds, syrup, and sugar. The Weespermop is a local Weesp specialty. It even has a statue in its honour, on the Slijkstraat bridge.
