You can't dance on an empty stomach, that's why the pizza bakers from Kantine West are ready for you at this edition of Markt Kabaal with Italian delicacies from our wood-burning oven.

But there's more! This edition is in collaboration with the Blub Club; a 6-week fermentation club in the Markt Centraal, organized by bubble queen Ivana and chef Olivier. They will serve a 3-course dinner like you have never tasted before! Each course is prepared with a selection of the most exciting ferments. Between courses, you will learn more about the world of microbes through a mini-lecture.

After dinner you can keep dancing! And if you haven't finished fermenting yet, come and taste a cider in the cider bar or make your own sourdough starter.

Accessibility

The Central Market Hall is only accessible by our train, the Markt Centraal Express. This departs from 18:00 at the main entrance of the Food Center Amsterdam at Jan van Galenstraat 6 and circles all evening.

The Central Market Hall is accessible by wheelchair, and there is also a wheelchair-accessible toilet in the hall. Unfortunately, the train is not wheelchair accessible. If you come with a wheelchair, please let us know in advance. We will then report you to the doorman of the Food Center Amsterdam.
