Arno Schuitemaker's performances are praised for the inventive forms he creates with themes where the intimate and the universal meet. His work has been featured on leading stages and festivals in over 25 countries. Last year '30 appearances out of darkness' ended up in the top 5 best dance performances of the season in the Volkskrant. Scenes called it the ��must-see of the year.”

Arno Schuitemaker: 'I think that much of what we are currently dealing with can be overcome by rebalancing our relationships. If our ability to recognize ourselves in others can create intimacy, can that be a catalyst for change? Even if that means freeing ourselves from the ghosts that haunt us and distorting the present and then starting a new chapter.'

The End - part 2 is a production by SHARP/ArnoSchuitemaker in co-production with Montpellier Danse as part of the residency at Agora, International City of Dance, with support from BNP Paribas Foundation, Center Chorégraphique National de Caen en Normandie, La Place de la Danse CDCN Toulouse - Occitanie.
