Action for children in war zones
On Sunday afternoon, June 9, Theater De Krakeling, Amsterdam Andalusian Orchestra, Danstheater AYA, De Toneelmakerij and War Child will take action for children in war zones. They like to do this together with their young theater audience, their family, local residents and anyone who wants to participate. That is why they organize an afternoon for and by children in which everyone can contribute. With a fancy fair, theatrical acts, music, tasty snacks and fun activities for the whole family.
Take action for children who are less fortunate than us, children who are experiencing or have experienced war. Something no child asked for and has a huge impact. By initiating this campaign together with WarChild, the initiators want to contribute in their own way. They aim to raise a significant amount that will entirely go towards aid for vulnerable children in war zones.
They offer support and contribute to a different perspective, a dose of imagination, something that can help a child regain confidence in the future. WarChild is an experienced partner and knows what resources are needed for this. WarChild uses sports, games and theater to deal with war traumas and war situations.
