Together we achieve more

The community economy is growing in Amsterdam. Think of local energy cooperatives, neighbourhood care, food projects or housing cooperatives. During this festival, you will see how these initiatives work, what they yield and how you can participate.

On the program

There is a market where Amsterdam cooperatives and neighbourhood initiatives present themselves. You can participate in workshops about money, collaboration and setting up your own initiative. You can also play games such as Commons Poly and the broad prosperity game.

Together with civil servants, you discuss how the municipality and cooperatives can work better together. There are music performances, art, food, and drinks�����just like at a real festival. At the end of the day, there is a conversation with politicians. Then, the Manifesto is also presented: a plan for how we can continue to build a fair economy together.
