Queer Yoga Retreat

This special Sunday retreat is designed to help you turn inward and prepare your body and mind for the autumn season. Just as the leaves gently fall, we will guide you through the art of letting go with Yoga, Meditation, and Sound Healing. We will provide guidance on how and why to move and meditate, offering tools to support your daily practice both on and off the mat.

• 2:00 PM - Opening Ceremony: Set your intention for the retreat.

• 2:30 PM - Vinyasa Yoga Flow: Ignite your inner fire with a dynamic practice.

• 3:15 PM - Break: Enjoy nutritious snacks, tea, and connect with the community.

• 15:30 - Breathwork & Yin Yoga: Dive deep into breathwork and experience the inward journey of Yin Yoga, followed by the healing sounds of Sacred Suara.
