Milo Goes To College
The band started as a power trio in 1978 with bassist Tony Lombardo, drummer Bill Stevenson and guitarist Frank Navetta. Soon, vocalist Milo Aukerman joined the trio. The foursome followed in 1982 with the typical Descendent album and debut, 'Milo Goes To College'. The combination of catchy melodies with their raw energy creates the sound with which Descendents stood at the dawn of genres such as power pop, melodic hardcore or popular pop punk.
