Neil Frances is a Los Angeles-based indie-soul duo formed in 2016 by Australian-born Jordan Feller and Southern California's Marc Gilfry. Their music consists of club-ready grooves with sonic influences ranging from '80s/'90s rave culture to '70s funk and soul, yacht rock, and classic hip-hop.
