Elbow - Audio Vertigo Tour
On Monday 9 and Tuesday 10 September, the English indie rock band Elbow will give a concert in Carré! Elbow's concerts are dedicated to the 10th album 'Audio Vertigo', which was released on March 22. It is the successor to 2021's 'Flying Dream 1' and marks an album full of contrasts.

Lead singer and lyricist Guy Garvey says about the new album: 'The new album is in stark contrast to the previous album. We made it in lockdown and it was very gentle, melancholy and based on life. The new record is made up of gritty, seedy grooves that we made in garage-like spaces. It is both more direct and more varied than its predecessor.' The first two singles Lovers' Leap and Balu were already released earlier this year.
The band around singer Guy Garvey has been together since 1990 and since 1997 under the current name Elbow. With their 9 studio albums, Elbow has collected a string of awards including a BRIT Award for Best British Band, a Mercury Prize for the breakthrough album ' The Seldom Seen Kid' and multiple Ivor Novello Songwriting Awards.
