Future Utopia
Please note: the location has changed from Tolhuistuin to Paradiso. Future Utopia is an English psychedelic indie rock band. Their sound is characterized by dreamy guitar melodies and subtle, layered electronic sounds. The band is the musical project of Fraser T. Smith, a renowned producer who previously worked with artists such as Adele, Stormzy and Sam Smith.

12 Questions
During the pandemic, he released his debut album 12 Questions under the name Future Utopia, which immediately attracted international attention. This was followed by the albums We Were We Still Are (2023) and Django's High (2024), featuring collaborations with Kae Tempest and Biig Piig, among others. During this period, Smith expanded Future Utopia with Molly J, Ben Epstein and Anthony Lewis, evolving his solo project into a full-fledged live band. After an impressive performance at Lowlands 2024, Future Utopia will return to the Netherlands for a concert in Tolhuistuin.
