In 2008, Miss Montreal released her first single: Just a Flirt. Since then, she and her band - consisting of Michi Schwiemann (guitarist), Thijs Rensink (drummer), Peter Hendriks (keyboards) and Kobus Groen (bass guitarist and backing vocalist) - have produced a series of hits. Eight albums and at least as many Top 10 listings later, the Hardenberg band/singer is an established name within the Dutch music industry and an indispensable part of the radio.
In addition to the fact that Miss Montreal has become an indispensable part of radio, her presence at festivals should also not be missed. Miss Montreal is a welcome guest at festivals such as De Zwarte Cross, Concert At Sea, Friends Van Amstel Live and in 2018, she was the headliner at Pinkpop.
