On Liberation Day, Hennadii Beziazychnyi brings a moving musical greeting to his native country out of a fervent wish for peace. The Netherlands celebrates Liberation Day, but the war rages on in Ukraine. Come listen to works by Bach, Beethoven, and Debussy and beautiful arrangements of Ukrainian melodies and songs.

Hennadii Beziazychnyi

Hennadii Beziazychnyi completed his piano studies at the Prokofiev State Conservatory in Donetsk. After his studies, he worked as a teacher and accompanist at the Uman Music College. He is affiliated with the Davidsbündler Music Academy in The Hague and performs at home and abroad. Hennadii gained great fame as a composer and author of arrangements of Ukrainian melodies, which are very melodious and sweet. His 'Collections' for piano have been selling successfully for over ten years. The work is very popular, not only in his native country but also far beyond. The 'Collections' are very suitable for introducing children to the beauty of Ukrainian folklore and also contain beautiful popular songs by contemporary Ukrainian composers.
