This concert focuses on connections between music and art. You will not only listen to compositions, but also hear stories from Polish literature, Spanish paintings and more. Often there are interesting details surrounding a piece of music, which pianist Miquel likes to explain before playing: what inspired it, a related story, or just some trivia and fun facts.

About the artist: Miquel Roig won several prizes in piano competitions last year, and gave two concerts that are part of the official program of the Centenary of Alicia de Larrocha, one in Spain and one in Amsterdam.
