Lo-fi indie

While the band's own lo-fi indie was successfully enriched with synthpop and alternative R&B on 'Pool' (2016) and 'The House' (2018), their latest album All Day Gentle Hold! (2021) the alternative rock sound of the '90s makes its appearance. Aaron Maine himself says the following about his music: 'I've been making music as Porches since 2009. Porches can be a country song, a dance song, a punk song, a pop song or anything in between. Porches is my love affair with music.'
