Tinariwen
The Tuareg band Tinariwen is much more than a rock band. They are ambassadors of their people, and they live in a way that is in harmony with nature, nature that is more threatened than ever. Their latest, ninth album 'Amatssou' was recorded under the starry sky of Mauritania and contains a message that has never sounded so urgent and compelling. The Touareg band performs in the Melkweg.
