Yellow Days
Yellow Days is the work of the English George van den Broek. Yellow Days is a reference to his synesthesia, the ability to see colors while listening to music. The young Briton says he applies these extra emotions in all his art, from the music he creates to the album artwork. Yellow Days performs in the Melkweg.

Apple Pie and Inner Peace
Last year, Yellow Days released a series of EPs, each focusing on a specific sound and style. For example, his soul and R&B sound was central to the EP 'Slow Dance & Romance', but he also experimented with other genres on the EP 'Apple Pie' and album 'Inner Peace', such as psychedelic rock, bedroom pop and jazz-funk. The singer has also had several collaborations with, among others, indie rapper Bishop Nehru, musical star Shirley Jones, and none other than Mac DeMarco, one of George's great role models.
