ZOJazz Stage presents Sydney Lowell | Spoken Word

A creative spirit, born as Sydney Lowell in Amsterdam-Zuidoost, tells stories that move with her rhythmic word art. This Amsterdam native is active as a spoken word poet, voice actor, host and workshop coach. She is also co-founder & producer of cultural platform We The People Amsterdam and online spoken word production 2PHRASE.

Sydney Lowell made her debut as a recording artist in April 2023 with the release of her single 'Prayer', quickly followed by her second single 'Testament'. Poems, which, like her other work, are charged with intention, inspiration and emotion. Together with guitarist Ruben Croes she will give a beautifully intimate concert on the Theaterplein of Zandkasteel.
