Zorzal
Zorzal is a son huasteco trio (Mexican folk music) from the northeastern region of Mexico called Huasteca. The so-called Son Huasteco or Huapango, is warm and cheerful music, played and sung by the three huapangueros. Zorzal's ambition is to build a bridge between the Mexican folklore music Son Huasteco and the music scene in Amsterdam.

Warm and cheerful music
With a Jarana (5-string guitar), a violin and a Guitarra Huapanguera (8-string guitar), the trio combines poetry, improvisation and dance into colorful songs.
