Great pop songs, very nice and a three-part result. Without having to be able to sing. That's the Popup Choir.

The recipe: Tijmen (34, guitarist) and Maarten (33, conductor) are on stage and teach you very quickly to sing a pearl from pop music in polyphony. This time it's Viva La Vida Loca by Coldplay!

The Popup Choir started in 2017 as a small group of people who sang accessible songs together and has grown into the most famous sing-along party in the Netherlands. After a packed Paradiso, special television performances and a sold-out Concertgebouw, they will continue their mission during 24 Hours East: to make the Netherlands sing more. No experience or preparation is necessary.

Mini safari along the Knowledge Mile Park

The Knowledge Mile Park runs from Amstelplein along Wibaut and Weesperstraat to the city hall, past the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, among others. This entire area is undergoing a transformation from gray to green. Together with entrepreneurs and residents, more than 200 organizations are working towards a green and sustainable city street. Amsterdam residents will receive these as a gift on the city's 750th anniversary in 2025.

This mini-safari along Knowledge Mile Park starts at The Social Hub. From there we walk for a while accompanied by live music, silent poetry and a green architect.
