Festival Heart: The Social Hub XL

Sing-along Party with the Popup Choir (12:00 - 13:00)

Catchy pop songs, fun three-part harmonies, and no singing experience needed��that's the Popup Choir! Led by Tijmen (guitarist) and Maarten (conductor), you'll quickly learn to harmonise a pop classic like Viva La Vida Loca by Coldplay. Launched in 2017, this event has grown to become the Netherlands' top sing-along party, filling venues like Paradiso and the Concertgebouw. No preparation is required—just show up and sing!

Mini-Safari along the Knowledge Mile Park (13:00 - 14:00)

The Knowledge Mile Park runs from Amstelplein, past Wibautstraat and Weesperstraat to City Hall. This entire area is transforming from grey streets to green urban spaces. Over 200 organizations, along with local businesses and residents, are working toward creating a sustainable, green street as a gift to Amsterdam for its 750th anniversary in 2025.

The mini-safari starts at The Social Hub, with live music, silent poetry, and a green architect guiding the way.

The Gang is Beautiful (TGIB) organizes fantastic markets showcasing fashion and art. But that's not all—TGIB is also a lifestyle brand, creative agency, event organizer, and the driving force behind the recently opened Summer Bar. This collective of creatives continually inspires Amsterdammers with their unique style and atmosphere.
