On September 13, 14, 19, and 20 we welcome you to the sunniest pop-up dinner of the year. The evening will be all about summer! You'll be treated to warm tunes, unique presentations of dishes, and artworks from amazing creators. Meanwhile, a five-course dinner will be served with a beautiful selection of seasonal wild edible plants and flowers.

What to Expect

During the dinner, you will be surprised by various activities centered around food. Expect artists to contributing to your experience throughout the night. Admire a beautiful installation painted with local flora and fauna, watch a creator at work with flowers and plants, and enjoy live painting sessions on-site – you might even get to take something home. All of this can be experienced at DB55, a stunning event location in the Houthaven of Amsterdam.

The Menu

Artist and chef Yacinth Pos takes you on a culinary journey that celebrates the best of what summer has to offer. She specializes in creating unique dining experiences and has put together a wonderful menu where each course is a work of art. In addition to the menu, she serves a drink pairing of both botanical non-alcoholic beverages and rich alcoholic drinks with a beautiful story. And, of course, every summer dinner should include a BBQ! Will you join us and raise a glass to this summer?
