The queer rap formation LIONSTORM consists of Ski and Stars. The Amsterdam duo made a huge impression at festivals such as Eurosonic Noorderslag, WOO HAH! and the Zomerparkfeesten with their activist and explicit rap, where horrorcore, industrial and trap predominate. This was also noticed by Quay Dash, who recorded the song 'Daddy's Pussy' with them.

LIONSTORM

LIONSTORM is all about queerness, female sexuality and breaking taboos. Their unique sexy and raw style is reflected in all their performances, video clips and merchandise. Under the name She was Forgiven they now invite a number of related artists to create a 'dark and sexy universe' together for an evening in the Muziekgebouw.

Bristol DJ, producer and vocalist Grove moves deftly between dub, jungle, dancehall, punk and pop, with a firm eye on the personal and social message. The advice of his mother is paramount: 'Whatever you do, just be bold with it.' This approach led to the EP Queer + Black, to the stages of Lowlands and Into The Great Wide Open, and a collaboration with LIONSTORM on the song Hey Mama.

AMARA ctk100

Swiss AMARA ctk100 throws 50 years of pop influences together and picks out the best ingredients for her own DIY hyperpop. It ranges from the worship of Madonna and Kylie Minogue to the sugary pop of Britney Spears. But Charli xcx and Soulwax will also listen approvingly. With LIONSTORM she released the single Exxxplain this.

HASZNAT

HASZNAT is the musical embodiment of a night out in the big city that got out of hand. London, that is. With sirens, metal on metal, dystopian reverb, fading delays and glitches, it sounds like you're at a tunnel party where the electricity doesn't always want to cooperate. The pitch-black industrial rap is also brought by an audiovisual artist, so it's a spectacle in terms of both sound and looks.

KAVARI

Cameron Sofia Winters, better known as KAVARI, is a British music producer and DJ currently based in Glasgow, Scotland. Her performances full of contrasts that combine industrial, ambient, club and alternative electronica have earned her worldwide fame. She is considered one of the most important figures in the current British underground electronic music scene. It is not without reason that her work has already attracted the attention of artists such as Aphex Twin, Hudson Mohawke, REZZ, Mura Masa and many others.

ZOBAYDA dj

ZOBAYDA is an Egyptian DJ and artist living in the Netherlands. Focusing on energy rather than genre, they mix a variety of beats and sounds with influences from the global south and its diaspora. 'I see art everywhere' says ZOBAYDA, who refuses to distinguish between different worlds in creative expression.
