TCS Amsterdam Marathon 2025

Program

There are various routes you can run or cheer on. These include the full marathon, a half marathon, and an 8 km route. For enthusiastic children, there is also the kids' run.

International Marathon

The TCS Amsterdam Marathon has a strong appeal to marathon runners from all over the world. In 2024, no less than 65% of the participants in the main event came from abroad, with over 130 different nationalities represented at the starting line.

Platinum Label

The TCS Amsterdam Marathon is a World Athletics Platinum Label race. Only a few other marathons worldwide hold the Platinum Label, including the six World Marathon Majors (Tokyo, London, Boston, Berlin, Chicago, and New York). Amsterdam is the only marathon in the Netherlands with this prestigious status.

Complete Sports Weekend

In addition to the running events on Sunday, there is a Marathon Expo in Sporthallen Zuid starting on Thursday. On Saturday morning, the Good Morning City Run is organized from the Museumplein. Saturday also sees the Amsterdam City Walk, which starts from the Olympic Stadium.
