Para One: Eclectic Musical Fusion

Like Tharaud, Para One is hard to classify. His roots are in classical hip-hop and electronic music. He produced for the popular French rap group TTC and legendary labels like Big Dada and Ed Banger. He also produced film music, including for successful director Céline Sciamma. His most recent album, Machines of Loving Grace (2021), features influences from anime soundtracks, Bulgarian folk music, Indonesian gamelan, Steve Reich and Detroit techno.
