An open-air opera
Imagine you are cycling through the city. Suddenly an injured goose falls down in front of you. This happened to classical singer and violinist Mattanja van den Bos. She wrote a short open-air opera about this bizarre incident and what happened next, for an ensemble of five instrumentalists and five opera singers (including herself) who bring the story to life. After two successful performances in 2024, the opera will be performed two more times as part of the celebration of the 750th anniversary of the city of Amsterdam.
This event is completely free, and there is no need to reserve a spot.
