Solovoorstelling Not Only One (Powered by ZID) tijdens het Nationaal Theaterweekend

In her solo performance Not Only One, Nivin Baranbo shares a moving and personal story about growing up as a girl; confronted with the expectations of family and society. The performance is about breaking taboos, addressing women's rights worldwide, and making personal choices. With a lively performance style that combines text, dance and image, she manages to highlight themes that resonate with many and invite reflection.

Not Only One serves as an act of solidarity with all women, everywhere in the world.

Part of the evening as well is the presentation of the shortfilm 'Step by Step'. In this film, directed by Caatje van Leeuwen, Nivin shares her journey from Syria to the Netherlands, her experiences as an artist, and the challenges on her way to Dutch society.
