World Beat Dance Party: A Community and Cultural Movement Experience

Together we will move our bodies and lift our minds. Join this dance class to get your heart rate up, enliven your spirit, and connect with the community. The playlist contains music from all over the world. The choreography is easy to follow. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. Wear comfortable workout clothes and sneakers. Bring water, a towel and an open heart for this event of friends, fun, Zumba and more.

Sara Tanz gives exercise classes and workshops. Her mission is to share with you the feeling of joy, freedom and elation that dance has always brought her.
