Zangstudio Haarlem - Koorlog
Singing is good for your well-being; a choir strengthens your sense of harmony and brings people together. The musical theatre piece 'Koorlog' exposes the dark side of the mini-society that a choir can be. Spicy gossip, forbidden relationships, diva troubles, power struggles and transgressive behaviour determine the atmosphere. 'Koorlog' in De Waalse Kerk: a must for anyone who has a soft spot for singing in a choir.

War of the King
Theo is dead. The remarkable conductor Theo Bonenkamp made it far with Ons Koor. But during the finale of Mahler's Second, he succumbed. Edna, young and ambitious, takes over the baton. Carla and Marjan, Theo's apples of her eye, see no point in her approach. Disagreement arises about their singing qualities, about their close bond with Theo, about who is in charge... When the entire choir gets involved and even Theo's ghost appears, chaos is complete. This becomes Koorlog.
