This workshop is all about health, vitality and life energy. Learn how you can positively influence your own health in a natural way. Experience how you can bring the body and mind into balance with stress reduction exercises, breathing and a unique ice bath experience.

Chris has extensive experience in providing these Breathwork sessions. He also founded the Breath Academy based on the vision that everyone has the ability to optimize their own health.

Preparation:

• Wear comfortable (sports) clothing in layers (heat regulation).
• Please bring a bottle of water, a nice warm blanket and a small pillow.
• Bring swimwear & a large bath towel even if you don't plan on going into the ice pool.
• Please do not eat anything 3 hours before the session and only drink water or tea.
• Also do not consume alcohol and/or drugs the day before.
