Alex appeared in the HBO series Insecure, had an NPR Tiny Desk (Home Edition) appearance, and debuted on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon alongside Robert Glasper and SiR. Their song "Back To Love" earned her 2 Grammy nominations: Best R&B Performance and Best R&B Song.
