Alina Ibragimova plays Sibelius’ Violin Concerto
Jean Sibelius, the most important composer in Finland's history, developed a musical language that was entirely his own. The award-winning violinist Alina Ibragimova speaks this language fluently – Sibelius' Violin Concerto is one of her favourite concertos. Hannu Lintu will also conduct the Netherlands Radio Philharmonic Orchestra in Nielsen's spectacular Fifth Symphony.
