Aseo and The Kaiju Project

Unique fusion

The band leader has long had the vision to create this unique fusion of traditional Japanese music and jazz and thus bring the Eastern and Western worlds together. In fact, the meaning lies in his name A-se-o, “�����為欧“: a life for Asia and Europe.

Oene van Geel (viola) and River Adomeit (double bass) open the evening with the debut of their duo. They present untold stories, reflecting on the present, the past and the twilight zone in between. Expressionism through two resonating wooden sound boxes.
