Hydra

For this album, they collaborated with Toronto-based composer Quinn Jacobs. Commissioned by Jacobs to create new material, he played a crucial role in shaping the ensemble’s signature sound. Together, they created an album that not only pays homage to jazz traditions, but also ventures into uncharted territory, celebrating the fusion of genres and the exploration of musical possibilities.
