Echo(location) Chamber

This haunting soundtrack shows how the resonance of space and the rhythmic pulse of music are intertwined. Manji connects the ephemeral to the profound. Constant repetition builds into a dynamic whole where sound waves bounce and return, and where the contours of an emotional landscape reveal themselves in the void. Echo(location) Chamber was composed and developed in January 2024, during Manji's 2-week residency at MONOM.

Evita Manji

Greek producer and artist Evita Manji explores the border between beauty and pain with their music and art. Manji's work addresses universal themes such as free will and nature, but always brings feelings of hope and comfort. Their first album, Spandrel? tells a personal story about the grief after the death of their partner, producer SOPHIE. In addition to their music, Manji is also involved in activism, for example with their label myxoxym, which raises money for the protection of nature in Greece.

FIBER Festival

FIBER Festival is an Amsterdam-based festival and platform for contemporary digital culture, audiovisual art and progressive music culture. Through the lens of art, FIBER reflects on the ever-changing impact of technology on society and the planet. They explore these topics collectively through performance, lectures, installation art, club nights and by showing groundbreaking artistic processes to a broad audience.

Aural Spaces

From 12 to 15 December, Aural Spaces , the music festival based on 4D sound, returns to the Kleine Zaal of Het Concertgebouw. More than 40 speakers create an exceptional 4-dimensional sound experience in the historic concert hall, using the space itself as an instrument. Classical acoustic methods are combined with the modern technology of 4DSOUND, further expanding the possibilities of sound experience.

Aural Spaces explores the boundaries between sound and space, blurring and merging them. The result is a completely immersive listening experience like you'll rarely experience. Discover and experience how music moves through space!
