Chanukah 2024 – 10th anniversary concert

The dedication festival of Chanukah is an ancient Jewish holiday. And this year it is an extra special celebration: namely the 10th anniversary concert! For this evening, a special concert program has been put together from highlights of the past 9 years. Jewish and non-Jewish audiences are very welcome at this unique occasion.

Musicians and repertoire

Chief Cantor Chaim Stern will be on stage with his breathtaking voice. And especially for this 10th anniversary concert, Shuly Nathan will perform her iconic rendition of Jerusalem of Gold . The Jewish Amsterdam Chamber Ensemble will perform a broad program with Jewish, Israeli, classical and contemporary music. With Barry Mehler again as musical director, and Leo Samama as concert patron.

Refreshments

The Chanukah concert offers more than just music. Included in the price is a delicious Chanukah treat such as a so-called 'sufganiot', comparable to a Berliner bol. You can also enjoy a glass of kosher wine.
