Crystal Fighters had their worldwide breakthrough in 2010 with their hit 'Plage'. The Spanish-English band makes a mix of Basque folk and electronic music and uses traditional, acoustic and electronic instruments. They prefer to describe it as: "a mixture of folk, electro, punk, techno, dubstep and Spanish pop. We are kind of like the sound that would be created if The Velvet Underground and The Gipsy Kings were to travel back in time to the Pyrenees, 1980, and make a record with Skream, Madlib and Luciano on production."

The band has released four full-length albums over the years and played at festivals such as Lowlands, Sziget and Pinkpop.
