White Sugar
Blues rock fans can indulge themselves with Joanne Shaw Taylor. As a 16-year-old, she was discovered by Dave Steward of the Eurythmics, after which she went on tour with DUP. Not only was Dave Stewards impressed by the virtuoso guitar playing of young Joanne, Jimmy Cliff, Joe Bonamassa, Stevie Wonder and Annie Lennox were also quickly among her fans.
After performing as a musician for a number of years, Taylor decided to develop further, started writing songs and also appeared to have a unique voice. After the release of her 2009 debut album 'White Sugar', Taylor broke through and is now seen as a blues rock phenomenon.
