Diversion started with guitarists Jona and Senne, with Senne also taking over the vocals. In a search for a drummer, Zilt was quickly hooked. The band was completed sometime later with Saar as bassist, who also provided the second voice.

Since then, Diversion has been storming the stages in the region. They mix many styles into the typical indie rock sound that defines the band's sound. Their own work is what really captivates the audience. Diversion only lets go at the end of the performance.
